What is Kawaii Cupboard?

Kawaii means 'loveable', 'cute' or 'adorable' in Japanese. Kawaii Cupboard is an online store for cute collectables, where you will find cute plushies, stationery, squishies, phone charms, erasers and more.

We're always on the lookout for the cutest items to bring to you so that you can share our love of all things kawaii!

Ordering from Kawaii Cupboard

Kawaii Cupboard is based in the United Kingdom, but we're equally happy to ship our items to most countries in the world. We regret that we are no longer able to accept orders from customers located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

If you have any questions or comments, please get in touch us using our 'Contact Us' page. We'd love to hear from you!

Secure Payment

Kawaii Cupboard uses PayPal as our secure payment provider. When you Check Out, you will be transferred to the secure PayPal website to complete your purchase. If you are a PayPal account holder you will be given the opportunity to log in and pay using your existing PayPal account.

If you don't have a PayPal account, you can bypass the PayPal log in and complete your order with most major credit or debit cards. Simply look out for the link that says 'I don't have a PayPal account'.

Kawaii Cupboard does not and will never store your credit card details on our own servers - the only time you will be required to enter your credit card details is when completing your purchase on the PayPal website.

Overseas Currency Conversion

Kawaii Cupboard is a UK-based website and all products are priced in GBP (British Pounds). If you are paying using an account registered in another country, the prevailing exchange rate will be determined by either your bank or PayPal if you are paying using an existing PayPal account. You can get a rough idea of the equivalent costs in Euros or US Dollars by using our handy 'Set currency' links at the top of every page.

We aim to only display items on this site for which we have stock available. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will be happy to offer you a choice of alternative items or to refund the cost of the item(s) that are unavailable.

Shipping Costs

If the total of your basket items is more than £25 (UK orders) or £65 (overseas orders) then there will be no shipping cost for your order. For all other orders our shipping costs are calculated based on the combined size and weight of your order to the country specified in your account information. When you are signed in, you can instantly see the total price you will be paying for shipping to your country in the 'Your Basket' area at the top of every page.

The postage service used to deliver your order depends on its size and weight. All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Overseas orders will be sent via Airmail.

Orders within the UK are usually received within 3-5 working days following dispatch. Orders outside the UK are usually received within 7 working days. Sometimes there may be delays outside of our control, so please allow up to 28 days for delivery before enquiring about your order.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return an item for any reason. Unfortunately we can only accept returns from customers within the United Kingdom.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 working days of receiving your order. Please include your PayPal transaction number in any correspondence. We will then advise as to how to return the item to us, and process your refund as soon as possible.

We can accept items for return as long as they are in saleable condition, complete with all packaging and with no tags removed.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any items are returned safely, so please use appropriate packaging and a registered postal service to return the item(s). The customer is liable for the cost of returning the item(s).

Failure to return the item(s) according to this policy may result in you being charged the original cost of the item(s).

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK law.
